Recent events have caused me to take a step back - reflect, re-evaluate, etc... my online gift shop. My go-to spot when "re-beginning" or starting over, is outside. It's been weeks since I've gotten my road bicycle out and the weather couldn't have been more perfect. If felt fabulous to get out on the open road and go the distance as I sorted out different plans and approaches. We all have re-beginnings or restarts from those small and annoying". "I'll start on Monday" types to everything in between - big and small. Next time you are in need of a re-start or just feel compelled to reflect - begin it outside!
