Because we do strive to keep our prices low and affordable, we do charge reasonable shipping fees under the services provided by USPS, FEDX, and UPS. We always use the tracking services within the United States and add insurance. Should we ever over estimate shipping costs, we will refund the difference on the same form of payment used for purchase unless requested otherwise.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will go the extra mile to ensure it. We stand behind all of our products, whether handmade or resale and offer full refunds and exchanges for lesser or equal value. Custom orders; however, are non-fundable or exchangeable.
